Stop for a moment to consider the relentless care, commitment, and attention that goes into every bottle crafted, made by the true Charmat method. Much like the intricately detailed hat our beautiful La Femme wears, there is always a story to be told and hidden beauty to be found. Deliciously refreshing and vivacious, La Femme’s magnificence is uncovered with every bubble, to be appreciated with friends and shared with stories.
A perfect wine for any time of year, on a Sunday afternoon or a Friday night with friends. This is a cracking Rosé - fresh off the rack, crisp and dry, with bright colours and aromas of cherries. Drink it chilled, but not so cold that the lovely cherry and floral aromas are suppressed; then savour its gentle, savoury, textured finish. Just delicious!
We have been growing Sangiovese since 2001 (and made it into delicious Rosé), but this is our first ‘red’ bottling. Knowing our vineyard and fruit as we do, we knew that it was perfect for a pretty, medium-bodied, early-drinking style wine. Showcasing the variety’s youthful exuberance and charm, our Sangiovese has a beautiful cherry-red hue, and fresh, intense cherry and plum aromas. Fragrant and juicy, undeniably aromatic, with distinctive floral notes, it’s simply delicious. Don’t cellar it, don’t overthink it – just enjoy it!
A Mediterranean-style wine with the three varieties working in harmony together. Our aim seeks to blend the perfume and spice of Tempranillo, the savoury zest with high acidity of Sangiovese, and the gentle power of Shiraz. Medium-bodied, perfumed on the nose and rewarding on the palate. Not for long cellaring, best drank up to 5 years. A consistently delicious all-rounder!

Montepulciano originates from central Italy and it is very much a 'modern Mediterranean' red, produced from our Western Ridge soils. As deep and as crimson as it gets… and it’s backed up by a powerful yet fresh, brightly-fruited palate. It’s a wine of structure: firm and dry, with a backbone of acid and tannin that will ensure our Monte will cellar for years to come, with the awards to back it up.

Cabernet grows exceptionally well at Pindarie. Our single block is on the western slope of what we know as Schoff’s Hill, the highest elevation at our vineyard. Planted on prized terra rossa soil, the vines produce small berries, consistently producing an award-winning, concentrated wine year after year. A full-bodied elegant style, powerful and fragrant, seriously tannic, yet with allure and richness. Limited production and small batch winemaking.
A warm season with vines in balance resulted in a wine of elegance. Deep purple red, powerful fragrance and an abundance of fruit intensity. Gentle yet full-flavoured with beautiful strong tannins from predominantly French barrels of 11 months, and a long palate. Yes; it will cellar beautifully!

This Western Ridge Shiraz released as a museum wine is drinking beautifully. A generous wine with a round and concentrated mouth feel and an abundance of spiced savoury flavours and aromas of toasty French oak barrels.
The longest-living of our Tempranillo wines wear the ‘Black Hinge’ label with pride. A wine made with gentle, uncomplicated winemaking. Hand-sourced from selected rows in our oldest block of Tempranillo where the soil is stony and the rows are located on the upper section of the ridge. Aged in French barrels for 14 months.
This wine is a special museum release aged in our Stables cellar. Our Black Hinge Tempranillo was picked in Febuary of 2017 from the longest-living of our Tempranillo blocks. Entirely produced from vines grown at Pindarie, we hand-picked selected short rows from where the soil is very stony. A wine made with gentle, uncomplicated winemaking and 14 months of new French oak barrels, it is drinking beautifully and a great opportunity to experience fine Tempranillo in all its aged glory.
Pindarie acknowledges and pays respect to the Ngadjuri, Peramangk and Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the Barossa region and recognises their continuing connection to lands, waters, and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.
