A perfect wine for any time of year, on a Sunday afternoon or a Friday night with friends. This is a cracking rosé - fresh off the rack, crisp and dry, with bright colours, aromas of cherries and flavours that remind you of pome fruits in an orchard. Just delicious!
Medium-bodied, lively and lovely. Careful blending is at the core of this “Mediterranean style” wine. Bright red in colour; perfumed on the nose, and very rewarding on the palate. This wine is so well balanced, versatile and easy drinking. Best drank young, 3-4 years from release.
A fragrant medium bodied wine, undeniably aromatic, with distinctive notes of mulberry and plum, and occasional hints of dried herbs. A juicy, fleshy palate making it oh-so drinkable! Great drinking all year round, ideal with Spanish or Italian cured meats, green olives, Manchego cheese and crusty bread. Or rich tomato dishes such as Pizza & Pasta. Best drank young 3-4 years from release.

Montepulciano originates from central Italy and it is very much a 'modern Mediterranean' red, produced from our Western Ridge soils. Berries and cherries, full bodied with crunchy tannin, our third Montepulciano is a beauty!

We have just one block of Cabernet, which we know as ‘Schoff’s Hill’. Located adjacent to our homestead and a small distance from our main vineyard. A full bodied elegant style, aged in fine French oak. Typical dark red fruits of mulberry and blackberry. Being Cabernet it will cellar beautifully, 8-10 years, but age is not essential for enjoyment.
Limited production and small batch winemaking.

Vintage 2020 was harvested in a blink. One of our quickest and lowest yielding vintages out, but a "big one" in terms of colour, flavour and tannin. This wine has lots of spice, and flavours of blackberry. It’s a rich, full‑flavoured, generous wine, with the structure to age and compliment a range of foods. An excellent vintage that will cellar 10 years or more. The older it becomes, the richer the flavours. It's a bull terrior and will take some time to soften off. Yes, it's young... but my goodness it's a cracker!
One of the world's great grapes, it is powerful yet fragrant, subtly rich with a soft finish. One complex beauty Yep! Parts of the Barossa also grow terrific Cabernet. It works at Pindarie! Our single block is on the western slope of what we know as Schoff's Hill, and dominates the view from our kitchen table.

Beautifully balanced, our Black Hinge just gets better and better... Hand picked from selected rows in our oldest block of Temp where the soil is stony and the rows are located on the upper section of the ridge. How did we select them? We selected vines with a full canopy of leaves, bearing bunches of evenly-ripe, small berries.

The longest-living of our Shiraz wines wear the ‘Black Hinge’ label with pride. We do not make a Black Hinge every year. Nature plays her role in determining how often a wine makes the style and grade we seek. Powerful and rich, but balanced, in ripeness, alcohol and oak.
