The Pindarie sustainable farm is a place of natural beauty, magnificent views, and lovingly restored buildings. Nestled between rolling ranges, rich farmland, and pristine vineyards, Pindarie acts as the gateway to the Barossa Valley.
Housed in an old grain store and adjacent heritage stables are The Stables tasting room and Grain Store café. Beginning in 2007, these historical farm buildings were restored from the ground up by owners Tony Brooks, and Wendy Allan and opened to customers in 2010. Pindarie is well worth a visit to admire the restorations alone!
Pindarie offers seasonal lunches of local produce and is a stunning location to their guests all year round. In the sunny months visitors can enjoy the fresh outdoor atmosphere from the veranda, outdoor bar seating or a table under the majestic peppertree. Whilst in the cooler seasons the open fires create a cosy country homestead.
A visit to the Pindarie cellar door and restaurant is not only memorable for their award-winning views and wines, but also for their locally grown, country-inspired cuisine. You can expect warm hospitality, picturesque views, and wonderful wines upon every visit to Pindarie.
For personalised wine tasting experiences and relaxed lunches, Pindarie is a must visit destination of the Barossa.
The Cellar Door is open seven days a week, 11am - 5pm (may change for public holidays).
