Fire, warmth and flame grilled cuisine for a winter evening in the historic Pindarie stables, taking you on a journey of discovery with Mediterranean style flavours. Pairing enticing canapés with our alternative style wines, commencing with our Rosedale Road Rosé, TSS blend, Risk Taker Tempranillo and Small Block Montepulciano. Sit back and relax as Tony journeys through the historical “Story of Pindarie”, while Head Chef Derek Salmon from “The Cellar Kitchen” creates a grand Mediterranean feast shared with our iconic Black Hinge Shiraz and Tempranillo wines from the cellar. Warm your senses and share a story or two by the open fire for an evening to remember in the Pindarie stables on the Western Ridge, Barossa.
